Jessica Rapp
Jessica Rapp is a certified 300-hour registered yoga teacher passionate about sharing the joy of movement with others. With a background in Kinesiology and Movement Science, her classes focus on moving the body in an intentional way to create harmony while connecting movement to breath and feeling centered in body, mind, and spirit.
Amy Wolfe
Amy Wolfe is a certified yoga, meditation, Pilates, and Prenatal yoga teacher with over 2,000 hours of formal training. Her teaching is influenced by nearly 20 years of practice, daily meditation, and dedicated study. Amy retains a well-established community, guiding individuals on all levels of their health and well-being. Amy also leads teacher trainings, global retreats, and corporate workshops.
Will Schneider
Will Schneider has been teaching yoga, meditation, and mindfulness for over 10 years in NYC and now globally. Will has also been successfully integrating mindfulness into the cultures of several companies such as AmEx, Weber Shandwick, Stash, and Ribbon Home. In 2017, Will climbed to the top of New York City’s yoga world when he became publicly recognized as one of the best teachers throughout the city. To spread more of the mindfulness message, in 2020 Will teamed up with retired Navy SEAL Commander Jon Macaskill and launched “Men Talking Mindfulness," a podcast which aims is to help men, women, and all people understand the essence of mindfulness and learn how to weave it into their lives.
